What is your turnaround time for delivering a gallery?

2 weeks or less. 

How do I get my photos?

I will email clients when the gallery is complete and uploaded to the website. Keep an eye out for an email from me with "Your Photos" in the subject line! Photos are uploaded into a password-protected gallery, and anyone with the password can view, download, and print the photos. There will be details in that email containing the link to your gallery, the access password, and instructions on how to download and print. 

Are photos included?

Digital images are  included with your session fee. Full digital albums, as well as individual digital images, are available for download. Instructions for this process will be included in the follow-up email you will receive after your photo session. Prints are not included, but are available for purchase. 

How do I download my photos and order prints? 

Clients can download their entire gallery or individual digital images by clicking the download button to the left of the photo (downward-facing arrow pointing to a horizontal line). Additionally, to order fine art and paper prints, keepsakes, photo albums, desk art, wall art, and greeting cards, follow the prompts beneath the "Buy This Photo" tab. 

How much do you charge?

Rates

I charge a session fee that varies depending on the type of shoot. This covers the cost of the shoot and digital images. I do not charge for editing time. Please contact me directly for more detailed pricing information. 

Deposits

Clients are expected to pay a 20% non-refundable deposit in order to hold their place in my schedule. 

What if I need to cancel?

Please let me know as soon as possible. You can contact me via email or phone. Deposits are non-refundable after cancellations once the deposit is received.

What if I need to reschedule?

Please let me know as soon as possible, and we will find another time that works for everyone. You will not lose your deposit for rescheduling. 

What if the weather isn't what I want/need for the shoot?

You will not lose your deposit for rescheduling due to weather. We will try to find another time within a few weeks of the original date, but please be aware that rescheduling can take some time.
