What is your turnaround time for delivering a gallery?

How do I get my photos?

I will email clients when the gallery is complete and uploaded to the website. Keep an eye out for an email from me with "Your Photos" in the subject line! Photos are uploaded into a password-protected gallery, and anyone with the password can view, download, and print the photos. There will be details in that email containing the link to your gallery, the access password, and instructions on how to download and print. 

Are photos included?

Digital images are included in the price via your download link. Prints are not included. 

How do I download my photos and order prints? 

Digital files can be downloaded by clicking on any photo in your gallery and clicking the "download" button to the left of the image (downward-facing arrow with a horizontal line below it). Clients can order fine art and paper prints, keepsakes, photo albums, desk art, wall art, and greeting cards by following the prompts beneath the "Buy This Photo" tab. 

How much do you charge?


I charge an hourly rate that varies depending on the type of shoot. This covers the length of the shoot itself and digital downloads. I do not charge for editing time. See the "Price List" tab for more information. 


Clients are expected to pay a 20% non-refundable deposit in order to hold their place in my schedule. The deposit amount is calculated by taking 20% of the expected overall cost. For example, if you schedule a family shoot at $125/hr and book for 1 hour, your deposit will be  $25. Shoots that run for less than the expected time will be prorated accordingly. 

What if I need to cancel?

Please let me know as soon as possible. You can contact me via email or phone. Deposits are non-refundable after cancellations. 

What if I need to reschedule?

Please let me know as soon as possible, and we will find another time that works for everyone. You will not lose your deposit for rescheduling. 

What if the weather isn't what I want/need for the shoot?

You will not lose your deposit for rescheduling due to weather. We will try to find another time within a few weeks of the original date, but please be aware that rescheduling can take some time.
